makeover complete, take notice to drains installed at right of air unit and newly sealed concrete expansion joint above.. " the re sealing of expansion joints was part of original contract scope... we noticed the were in failed state after cleaning so we replaced them at " NO " additional charge to the property owner.. there are many times we do a little extra with no additional costs !!
